“The Miss America Organization is a not-for-profit organization that not only helps women pay for college (the largest provider of Scholarships to women in the country) and prepare for a career, it also provides an opportunity to gain additional life experience, working on issues of importance to society, enhancing personal and professional skills and developing performance-related and other talents.”
A Board of Directors, Committee Chairs and Volunteers come together to change the lives of young women from all over Lee County and Collier County Florida by producing the “Miss Southwest Florida” Pageant!
The Miss Southwest Florida Pageant presents opportunities to increase visibility of local organizations and businesses for its community service efforts and its own products and services. Throughout the country, leading service organizations, educational institutions, public officials, members of the media, business leaders and private citizens are committed to the Miss America program.
The Miss Southwest Florida Pageant can bring community-wide visibility for your business. It associates your company with a commitment to education and community service. The pageant also offers countless opportunities to showcase and advertise an organizations name and wares, as well as an opportunity to interact with new audiences from all parts of the community.
It is important to recognize the Miss America program is not a “beauty pageant”, rather an American icon and community service organization that is committed to the professional and personal development of “the girl next door”. There is no entry fee and the young women who participate in the Miss America program are intelligent, talented and articulate.
Opportunities for Sponsorships and Scholarships from monetary donations to In-Kind donations are essential to the success of the Miss Southwest Florida Pageant.
